In-Person Master Classes

One or more day day courses given in person at mi Healthy Baking Lab in Austin, Texas or in other schools or bakeries around the world.  You will learn to make delicious healthy baking recipes and I will teach you how to do it using the best tips and techniques that I have accumulated throughout my career.

You will take the recipes, your baked creations, and a diploma home with you upon successful completion of the Master Class.
