The Online Workshop in English is delivered in a Facebook Group that will remain open until the Workshop ends. There is no other way to participate in the Workshop. If you don't have a Facebook account you will need open one (they are free). Inside the Group I will host a live video where I will show you how to make the recipe and where you will be able to get your questions answered. You will also be able to share photos of your finished recipe and see those posted by other students. The live video will remain recorded and available in the Group until the end of the workshop. The recipe will be made available in the Group as a downloadable PDF.

Hello! I'm Chef Vanessa Musi, and I'll be your instructor.

I am a pioneer in healthy baking. I have been developing recipes for over 30 years and have trained thousands and thousands of chefs and baking enthusiasts around the world. At the end of 2022, I opened the world's first development lab and school for healthy baking: The Healthy Baking Lab, in Austin, Texas, USA.

I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia while studying to become a Chef, and everyone told me I should change careers. I decided to do exactly the opposite and have dedicated my life to creating healthy baking recipes that I can eat myself. Now, I am delighted to teach you everything I've learned so that you can also share a Sweet and Healthy World, whether it is with your customers or your loved ones.
