Do you bake at high altitude? I was born and raised in Mexico City and baking in high altitude for 27 years I learned that:
- You need a BABY scale to scale your baking soda, baking powder and yeast so it’s very precise. If you scale these ingredients in a larger scale it won’t work!
- This little mighty scale is very accurate and you can scale 0.5 gr if needed. I highly recommend it!
